Benjamin Best Freight (BBF) was formed with the sole purpose to become the best LTL service carrier to the West, servicing Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets. As well as handling and servicing shippers larger partial shipments on a direct drop basis with non-stop service to their customer's dock. BBF is a non-union carrier that specializes in being the best "on time" service carrier with superior customer service.

Market Experience

Vice President of Sales, Jeff Bentley and Regional Account Manager, Marc Russell, collectively have over 60 years of LTL Industry experience servicing the West from the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets.

Competitive Advantage

• BBF is able to provide competitive pricing by controlling our overhead costs, not burdened with a large corporate structure, and with a single operation in Cincinnati will allow BBF to utilize over the road line haul units direct to our delivering terminals in the West.
• BBF will run all of our trucks "over the road." Most of our competitors that have union contracts require them to ship over 50% of their loads via rail through Chicago from Cincinnati. By not having to do this, BBF is able to improve service times, control of shipments, and reliability by not having to go out of route and then put those shipments on a train.

• Direct Deliveries: By Appointment, larger shipments are delivered to the customer direct in route. A segment of the market that the majority of our competitors do not solicit or focus on. Larger / Partial / Lineal Type of shipments. Shipments that are approximately 5,000 lbs and up or 8 to 36 foot of trailer space occupied.
